Sewer & Drain Warranty

Rest assured we've got you covered with our company's one year warranty on labor performed in the process of repairing or replacing your sewer system. Includes Main Sewer Trap Eliminating Services, Excavating, and Most Plumbing Repairs unless noted on invoice.
We honor manufacturer warranties on materials used to complete the sewer or plumbing job mentioned on your invoice. (one year minimum)

Terms and Conditions

The greater part of our work is done in agreement to our terms and conditions. The following excerpt can be found on the top right part of our service contract

"I agree that the initial quoted price given prior to the start of the described work does not include any additional or unforeseen work or materials found necessary to complete repairs or replacements.

I agree to hold Sewer23, LLC. harmless for parts deemed corroded or unusable for the completion of stated work. The property owner is fully responsibility for any cost associated with the loss or damage of equipment used to treat drain line(s) including the cost to retrieve a “stuck” or “seized” drain cable/cutter due to collapse, heavy root mass, or any other unusual condition present in the drain-line.

Sewer23, LLC. will not restore any previous landscaping, cement, grass, marked or unmarked electrical lines, sprinkler systems, water lines, gas lines or other property assets removed or damaged in order to complete the plumbing job mentioned. Sewer23, LLC. will make every reasonable attempt to avoid damage to the property and the owner understands and assumes all responsibility.

I hereby authorize Sewer23, LLC. to perform the proposed services or repairs and agree to all conditions in this contract. I further acknowledge that this invoice is due upon receipt."
